PLANTS, TREES and BUSHES
Unfortunately, fence installers are no less 'big-footed' than any other
workmen but they never deliberately disturb or damage any form of
cultivated plant life growing close to the fence line.
Where a plant/tree/bush etc. is in need protection, the client is advised to
liaise with a local market gardener/landscaper who will take the necessary
precautions to safeguard the item.
Applying timber treatment after installation, is fraught with dangers to any
cultivated plant and should be avoided at all costs. Treatment to cut ends of
timber done in a careful manner, should not be a problem.
