INSURANCE
We carry insurance on our member and in
the unlikely event that he should he have ceased trading during the agreed life
expectancy period, another member will correct any agreed fault that may have
occurred.
On receipt of your order, you will be sent a
document confirming the life expectancy of the fence and instructions on what
you must do to make a claim against the member.
Needless to say we cannot cover your fence for
malicious or accidental damage but faulty materials or poor
installation will be covered.
When a claim is made and if there is a dispute on whether a fence is covered, our member's complaints procedure will be enacted..
